Why did Frog Hollow Steaks take a break?
We paused operations to update our systems, improve consistency, and refine how we pack and deliver our steaks. The break allowed us to make meaningful improvements, and we’re proud of the upgrades we’ve made.

How are the steaks packaged?
Every box is hand-packed and all the way to your doorstep.

Why are certain cuts not available right now?
As part of our updated inventory rotation, some cuts may be temporarily unavailable. Availability changes based on quality, sourcing, and season.

How does the gift selection work?
When it’s time to choose your steak, you’ll receive an email with a personalized link. Just follow the link to your Gift Selection Page, make your selection, submit the form, and we’ll handle the rest.
